USCG Captain’s License

Well it’s been some time since I have posted so here we go…….all in all the fishing has been pretty good. Some days better than others but that’s fishing. Bass have been a struggle in general, one day they bite the next they don’t. Fluking has been the most reliable fishery with some very impressive fishing coming over the side. Have not done one shark trip yet, but from what I see it look pretty dang GOOD. The best thing that happened is that my son completed his USCG Capt. license so there will be 2 captains on the Weejack.20140608_172559 20140520_155909

Real Good Fluke Bite

Had gb and Eric Low on a full day fluke charter. A little windy in the morning but it flattened right out. The fishing was a pick in the morning. As the northwest wind and flood tide started, so did the fishing. The fishing went from pick to real good with condition at its best. Ended day with full limit of fluke up to 5 1/2 lbs. Our two customers were gentleman, and fine anglers. Nice to have good fishing and good customers at the same time.20140520_155909

No fishing Yet… Go Turkey Hunting

Fluke season doesn’t open till May 17, the boat is all ready to go……made my way down to south Jersey. My good friends and great costumers invited me to go turkey hunting. Guided by one of the best turkey hunters in all south Jersey, Big Ed puts me on the birds once again. Besides great hunting there is also great food and great company, what more can one ask for. Will be fishing as soon as season opens.20140509_073750
